Why we built ResidentPe
Every housing society and apartment complex runs on the same handful of recurring jobs: collecting monthly maintenance, tracking expenses, keeping resident and vehicle records straight, and keeping everyone informed. Done manually, these jobs eat up committee members' time and create room for disputes over money that was never clearly recorded.
ResidentPe brings all of this into one mobile app — so secretaries and treasurers can run their society's finances with a few taps, and residents can check their dues and pay online without chasing anyone down.

ResidentPe is built for Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), housing societies, and apartment or gated-community complexes of any size across India — whether you're a self-managed society committee or working with a facility manager.
What we care about
