These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ResidentPe mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated for apartment and housing society management. By creating an account or using ResidentPe, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use ResidentPe

ResidentPe accounts are provisioned by an authorised society administrator or committee member for residents and staff of a specific housing society or apartment complex. You must provide accurate information when your account is created and keep your login access (including OTPs) confidential.

2. Society Administrator Responsibilities

  • Admins are responsible for the accuracy of resident, billing and expense data entered into the app for their society.
  • Admins must have appropriate authority from their society or association to manage residents' data and collect maintenance payments through the app.

3. Payments

Maintenance payments made through ResidentPe are processed via third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways supporting UPI, cards and net banking. ResidentPe does not store your full card details. Refunds or payment disputes for society dues should first be raised with your society's admin, who can also be reached via ResidentPe.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another resident's or society's data without authorisation, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the app's normal operation.

5. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep ResidentPe available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed over time, and these Terms may be updated — continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Termination

A society admin or ResidentPe may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Delete Account page.
