ResidentPe ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the ResidentPe app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Profile details: full name, flat/unit number, phone number and email address.
- Vehicle records: vehicle type, registration number and assigned parking slot, where provided by your society admin.
- Financial data: maintenance bill amounts, payment history and digital receipts linked to your account.
- Society mapping: the society/flat your account is linked to, and your secure OTP-based login credentials.
2. Device Permissions

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate core app features — maintenance billing, resident directories, vehicle records, payment processing and reporting — and to secure your account through OTP-based authentication. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Sharing
Your data is visible to the admin of the society your account belongs to, and to PCI-compliant payment gateway partners solely to process your maintenance payments. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Security
All data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption, and access to resident accounts is protected by 6-digit OTP verification. While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active with your society. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our Delete Account page.
7. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@residentpe.in.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Revision" date above.
