Residents are added by the society admin against their flat number and log in using a secure 6-digit OTP sent to their registered phone number, so only verified residents can access the app.
Residents can pay maintenance bills online using UPI, debit or credit cards, or net banking, and receive an instant digital receipt for every payment.
Yes. Admins can photograph and upload bills or receipts, categorise them, and generate PDF financial reports for audits and AGMs.
Yes, ResidentPe includes a vehicle registry that maps each resident's vehicle to their flat number and parking slot.
ResidentPe uses OTP-based resident authentication and encrypted data transport to protect resident and financial information. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.
You can request account deletion by emailing info@residentpe.in with your flat number and society name, or by using the request form on our Delete Account page. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
